Established by Ruisheng Optoelectronics Investment, it is a subsidiary of Ruisheng Optoelectronics, formerly known as TOP-STAR, a high-end brand under Ruisheng Optoelectronics.
TOPDA focuses on LED RGB full-color device packaging, positioning itself in the mid to high end market, and providing customers with customized and differentiated products and services.
